Our client’s business empowers entrepreneurs to secure funding through clear, confident, and compelling communication. This role supports a growing online community of founders—ensuring they stay engaged, get results, and feel part of something transformative.
🚀 What You'll Do
- Guide new members through onboarding to maximize their success from Day 1
- Actively manage an online community (hosted on Heartbeat Community), keeping discussions vibrant and actionable
- Review and provide feedback on founder deliverables: 60-second pitches, pitch decks, and grant applications
- Track funding wins and success stories; help celebrate and share them
- Identify friction points and opportunities to improve program content and experience
- Collaborate on content creation, workshop prep, and strategic community growth initiatives

- Fluent in spoken and written English
- Experienced in community engagement and management
- Experienced in copywriting
- Excellent written communication and feedback-giving skills
- Highly organized and responsive (feedback must be delivered within 24 business hours)
